A Little About Me

Hi, I’m April Vomfell, flower farmer and business owner since 2015.

When I first started growing flowers, I was a professional librarian working full-time. As the business grew, I changed my day job several times to allow more time for the farm, and in 2019 I quit my office job and dove into the business full-time, year-round.

Harnessing my 15-plus years of experience in libraries, marketing, websites and SEO, photography and writing, I’ve created a successful and fulfilling business that fits my skills, provides unique services and gives me room to grow (pun intended).

I didn’t expect to love running a business this much, but I do! Has it been scary at times? Yes, definitely. But here I am, really glad I’m still on this journey, and eager to help others create a work/life experience they enjoy.

Consulting Packages

The 60-90-30 Package. This package includes three online sessions, scheduled at a pace that works for you. You’ll complete my consulting questionnaire before our first session. This package also includes up to 60 minutes of my research time outside of our online sessions. $425 for the package.

• Get Acquainted (60 minutes): We’ll talk about where you are with your business, your dreams and any current struggles.

• Dig In (90 minutes): This is where we get into strategy, exploring specific ideas and setting next steps for you to take action.

• Follow Up (30 minutes): I’ll check in with you, troubleshoot, encourage and help you adjust as needed.

Standalone 60-Minute Session. Schedule a one-time session to discuss a topic of your choice. You’ll complete my consulting questionnaire before we meet. $110 for the session.
